The legendary Darboy Club is the Fox Valley's premier choice for weddings, banquets and special events! Our beautiful and spacious banquet halls, along with our top-notch staff and famously-delicious menu make us the perfect choice for your event. Below we've listed some of our popular banquet menu items and prices for groups of 200 or more. Business Meetings

The Darboy Club is the perfect setting for your next business meeting! We have provisions for groups of 20 to 500, professional, courteous staff, and of course, the best food around! There are four meeting rooms available set theater-style. All rooms include AV equipment (AV equipment includes overhead projector, screen (large or small) and TV-VCR)

A hall rental fee (see above price list per hall) will be due upon reservation of a hall. This will include linen table cloths and your choice of linen napkin color, hall décor (tuling with white lights and ivy vines), a card box, choice of candle holders or fish bowls, set-up, and clean-up fees. Water goblets are available for an extra $)0.25 per person. This hall rental fee is non refundable if your wedding is cancelled, unless the Darboy Club can rebook a comparable wedding.

Special Arrangements
»Ice carvings, a champagne fountain or snack tables may be ordered to enhance your celebration. Arrangements can be made
to have wine or champagne served at the head table or to all of your guests.
»Place cards should be made for your head table and also for immediate family members if you wish to have them seated close
to the head table. Please let those people know ahead of time that you would like them to sit at these tables.
»For wedding parties, cake and gift tables will be covered with linen and skirted. A card box
(locked and secured to the table) will be provided to keep your cars safe for the evening.
»Any decorating done by your party must be secured with thumb tacks.
No tape please. No bird seed or sand for balloon weights. Any use of confetti, liquid string, sequins, or any other substance requiring any extra clean up will result in an additional clean-up charge determined by the management, and will be added to your bill.

Payment
Payment is due and payable BYCASH OR CHECKthe night of the party. Please let the person responsible for the bill know this.
